Online orders are processed and dispatched from our Rockingham premises within 1-2 business days. All orders are sent via Australia Post, with the option of Express or Standard shipping. Current delivery times from Western Australia are as follows:
Australia Post Standard: 2-10 days
Australia Post Express: 1-3 days
We ship Australia-wide. The above delivery times provide an estimate but may vary depending on the destination within Australia. Tracking is available on all orders,
Select items are free shipping- these will be delivered by Australia Post Standard. Orders over $299 will also be shipped for free.
Camper’s Choice / BDM Leather & Canvas Pty Ltd is not responsible for any damages that occur once goods are in the hands of a courier. However, we will work with the customer to resolve any issues that occur in the shipping process.
Goods will be replaced without charge if our team deems there is a product fault from manufacturing. Change of mind/unused items may be returned, subject to inspection by our staff. Return shipping costs will be negotiated with customer.
If a refund is agreed upon, funds will be transferred back to the customer once goods have been
received by BDM Leather & Canvas Pty Ltd and the item’s condition has been approved.

When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You can, however, visit our site anonymously.
