Featured Project — Truck Toolbox Security Mesh Covers
The Brief: A set of custom covers to stop toolboxes and toolchests losing their contents when a fleet vehicle is driving on rough or unsealed tracks.
The Challenge: The boxes needed to stay fully secure in transit, but the crew still needed quick, easy access to tools and gear throughout the day — so a fully enclosed cover wasn't going to work. The covers also had to be designed to fit around existing machinery attachments, including lifting jaws on a mini crane, without restricting how the equipment operated.
The Solution: We measured and fitted each cover on-site at our premises, working out exactly how each box was accessed before tailoring the design around it. Made from heavy-duty truck mesh, the covers let the crew see what's inside at a glance while keeping everything secure. The mesh is UV-treated, rugged against sharp edges and snags, and built to handle all weather conditions out on the road.
