The Brief: A large-scale mobile shade structure purpose-built for a fruit picking operation — designed to move across rows and provide full worker coverage during harvest.
The Challenge: The sheer size of the structure created two distinct problems: manufacturing it at our Rockingham workshop, then transporting and fitting it on-site — including work at height — with just a two-person crew.
The Solution: Fabricated entirely in 680gsm UV-treated canvas, fitted with stainless steel eyelets throughout and fully laced with 6mm UV-treated sash cord. The design balanced structural rigidity with practical weight, making it manageable to install without heavy machinery or a large team.
