Aeronaut CNC Design and Cutting Service

We now offer an in-house design and cutting service with our state-of-the-art Aeronaut CNC Cutting Machine.

You can either supply us with a DXF drawing, or we can digitally draw your product using our CAD software.

For all cutting services, there is a one off setup fee. When making your enquiry we can provide this fee in your quote.

This allows us to draw or fine tune the formatting of your DXF so that your product can be cut successfully on our machine.

Actual cutting fees are then charged on a per-piece, per-set or per-bed basis. In most cases, clients supply their own fabric. However, we can offer an all inclusive material and cut service price.

Our maximum cut piece sizes are 3300mm W x 4700mm L
