Our Elektron Quattro computer-controlled cutter from Aeronaut carries a huge range of tools on the head and they're all quick-change tooling so it keeps it easy to use and change out the different tooling for various jobs.

Our CNC machine has a cut bed size of 3.3mtrs wide x 4.7mtrs long so we can cater for various materials and lengths. We can also draw, punch various size holes and cut various thickness materials with its versatile multi head system. 

To cut, it uses a very simple rotary blade with various diameters to cater for different materials which also allows for different thickness materials. 

Our operator inputs your DXF and we can then nest manually or auto nest. Once the pressures and speed is suitable we can then begin the cut. 

Its a very user friendly machine which we use daily. It allows us to be 100% accurate in every single cut and mark ensuring your cuts are perfect.
